In your email don’t forget to include the item name, size, color and quantity. Upon receiving the check or money order, the package will be shipped priority mail. A confirmation email will be sent to you when the order has been shipped.

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days via USPS Priority Mail. If you prefer express mail that can be arranged by emailing us directly.

gift wrapping is available for an additional $1.50 per item-which includes exclusively stamped becauseatom paper and an illutrated note card.
ORDER FULLFILLMENT
We everything in our power to ensure all items in stock, but from time to time items become unavailable or discontinued, therefore we can't always guarantee availability of products. If you have ordered an item that is not available or is backordered, we will notify you of the situation via email.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account for any items you are not completely happy with. The item must be returned to becauseatom within 14 days of the shipping date in UNWORN and PERFECT condition including attached hang tag and original packaging. Ship prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. Returns cannot be accepted after 14 days. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
Upon receipt of the returned items we promptly credit your credit card and send you confirmation via email or telephone. When an exchange is requested, we will credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items and then bill you for the new items when they are ready to ship.
